I used to own this recycled phone number.  Gave it up since it's highly targeted by lying, illegitimate payday loaners.  They call from every area code and won't stop calling when asked--the next owner will continue getting a call from another number and a new name.  MyFastWire.com, Advance America, blah, blah; I don't care to hear it.  Don't bother reporting to FTC do-not-call complaints, the phone company, and many more--I've been through every reporting method for months and the "harassment" never stopped.  I owned the number for 16 months.
