I got the same exact message today and yesterday. What is the deal?! They did know my name but used my previously married name.... Who are these people really?
Message from Amy Matthews from pre-trial intervention. Did not ask for a particular person, just that there was a pending case in their office (no info on the case) and needs to hear from me or my attorney immediately today. If not, she'll document that I have waived my right to counsel and submit my case and to govern myself accordingly. Really?!
Received a voicemail from Amy Matthews with pre-trial intervention, saying that she has a case in her office and needs to talk to me (no name of who she was calling for was given at any time during the message) or my attorney of record immediately today. If she doesn't hear from me or my attorney she will document the file that I have waived my right to council and submit my case. Govern myself accordingly.
Received call from Amy Mathews with PreTrial Intervenion to call immediately. Called back. Man answered. Did not name himself or company. Started informing me there were warrants out for my arrest. I hung up
Regularly receive these calls from various numbers. Today received from this number. Litigation support is the caller ID with this number attached. Was informed that our Suffolk county district attys office has been notified and that there will be a warrant issued for my arrest for a loan I took out ( which I never did ) and the state has been tryingntonreach me by mail but all mail was returned. She wanted to know why I ignored the correspondence from the state and that she was hired as an LLC company for the state but didn't have a company's name! I told her ( never gave her name asked a few times ) to have the sheriffs come arrest me before dinner so I dont have to cook for my family. In the past the people have gotten real nasty. This lady was very professional and assured me that this was a recorded line and everything I said had been recorded.
