returned call missed, recording says its disconnected, them or they keep calling when not at home, we cannot call back, again recording says its disconnected, tried dailing direct using 1-330-405-5056 did recieve a recording but no imformation as to who was calling and what they wanted.

I have this new phone number in Cleveland area and I have been called by them three times now - including one earlier today. There is only a recodred voice and I believe they are trying to collect some bill from someone - obviously not me. Calling back, I reached a message box for Prompt Recovery Services, where they gave options for reaching an agent, operator etc. Have not followed through yet.
This number left a recording for some unrecognizeable name which was not mine-- then because I had not answered(and therefore could not push a button to deny that I was this person, the recording went on to affirm that I WAS this person and proceeded to another recorded message, in a different voice, from a collection service, and left me an 800 number to call back: 800 294-1252. BULL-oney!
