Got a call from Mark Davis #206-686-9898. He said they are going to file a criminal charge due to fraud. And he want to hear my story first. Fraud? Haha yeah ok! I have never had any criminal record not even a parking ticket. I filed for bankruptcy 2 years ago. I took a pay day 2011 for $300 which I paid off. He called my sister and my ex bf, they were smart enough to tell this guy to f$ck off. He gave some case # where my county is at. I called the county and they said there's nothing open for me that case # doesn't exist. Called my lawyer and he said there's no Koch & [***] in Seattle nor do Mike Davis exist in any fraud dept in the US. I called the guy just for the fun of it. He gave my car tag # which surprised me. He said he will alert to official for my arrest. I can be in jail for 45 days. Bail will be set for $6K. If I didn't know the information I already knew, I would have been shaken but I know it's a scam. I told him in a calm voice I can't wait, please have them charge me. Me and my lawyer are ready. And Mr Davis, it's your right to know also that you are being recorded and I will make sure to alert the FBI about this phone call. You have a good day Now Mr Davis. Don't fall for this scam!!!
I recieved a call 5.12.2011 on a worthless check and am filing a complaint. This is the second NAME UNKNOWN 3307774387 11:14 and 11:15 am. Travis Sullivan in the fraud and worthless check division and I am to call back.
do not answer to this guy, he is a bully and will tell you that you have 2 hours to pay or you will be arrested, he is a scam. You cannot be arrested for debt, i reported to ftc and attorney general.
Someone calling himself Travis Sullivan called me this morning from this number looking for contact information for my brother in law. I told him I wouldn't give him the information and he immediately started yelling at me telling me that I was being "smart". I asked for his supervisor and he said he was the "man in charge". I asked him what company he worked for. He told me he worked for a "government agency" and he could do what he liked. When I pressed regarding what agency, is it federal or state, he continued yelling telling me that I didn't know who I was talking to and what he could do.
I hung up on him and he called me back, called me a "[***]" and I told him to not call me ever again and he said he would call me again and again until I gave him the information about my brother in law and that if I didn't give it to him, I would be in trouble.
I hung up again and immediately filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and I recommend anyone else he has called do the same. I am also going to file a complaint with the AG in my home state and in Ohio which is where the 330 number is from. This guy is a scammer of some sort I am sure not to mention an idiot. Anyone who represents themselves as a federal agency is just a moron beacause I am pretty sure th government frowns upon that.
