After having 4 messages about stimulus money in the past month on my answering machine, I was home on vacation and answered the call. Tried to tell the telemarketer that I am on the DO NOT CALL list. Was told to get some manners and hung up on before i could complete a sentence.
i also received a call from this number and it was a recording regarding a stimulus package, ... and im on the "do not call list" and still receive at least 5 calls a day from stupid ppl selling, etc.................
I get these alot and don't have any cards. I pushed 1 the last time and got a live person. She started this spiel and I asked her to take my number off her list. She got snippy and told me I was "interrupting" her and hung up on me.
This is exactly why I don't answer my phone during the day but let the machine pick up first.

ROBOCALL MESSAGE TO LOWER RATES ON NON EXISTENT CREDIT CARDS.
Call eventually went dead iafter hit #1 ....trying to reach an actual speaking cubicle dwelling imbecile in voice mail maze...I just wanted company name etc.
I HAVE DECIDED TO TRY TO SUE AS MANY OF THESE CALLERS AS POSSIBLE in local small claims court under FTC DNC rules and regulations.
However on needs a name and address to start the ball rolling to file suit..
..By the way...I hit redial of their number that appeared on my Caller ID.
NOTE:Please do not try calling these swine back..
I did and the party who answered, I truly believe; is just an innocent victim, someone who's cell telephone number has been hijacked, and is being spoofed onto the caler ID display by these criminals. I just hit the Caller ID redial button; so there is a very small probability IT dialed a wrong number by mistake!.

No name given, Rachel or Heather but the rest of their ilk & robo call speal was the same template as >'''this was my second notice for them " ...to steal credit card information,?
SO.. if there is any disgruntled former enployees OUT THERE??? I am sure they cheated them almost as much as the phone victims.

I will pay you a $100 or 25% of any resulting judgement, if you can supply the necessary contact information, to be able to file against this and scoflaws bag of criminal trail mix in my local small claims court sucessfully.
If anyone out there has more Information (Name, Location,etc)
