Adjustable Bed company wanted to send sales person to our home. Second time they have called. I reported them to the do not call registry. www.donotcall.gov I suggest that you do the same as they will keep calling even if you tell them you are on the list. They will also tell you that you contacted them about winning a free plasma tv which is a lie. They use this lie to try to be exempt from the Do Not Call list rules.

Received call..answered and they hung up. Called the number back and the lady said is this ??? I said no she said is there anyone living there with this name I said no she hung up on me
these people are relentless!
they have been known to call my house up to 5 times in a row when noone answers the phone!
I did answer once, told the saleaman I just recently bought a new mattress & was NOT interested in purchasing another!
Today another salesman called. I told them same thing & they had nerve to tell me to "stop & listen" to what they had to say about their product! I ended up hanging up the phone.
This mattress company called me 5 days in a row before 8:00 am. I finally put a "block" on this number on my phone. Today, I called the number back and learned it was a telemarketer trying to sell me a mattress. I told a "real person" I was not interested and not to call my number in the future. Shortly after my call to them, I received 4 more calls on my phone from this company, all of which were blocked, but still rang once on my phone. I believe these last 4 calls were an attempt to harass me. What can I do to make them stop calling me? Is a law suit a possibility?
