I was made to believe it was a relative who was coming to see me.  Later on he called and said he had an accident and needed money to pay the man whose car he hit, needed money to pay the damages, he claimed he had sent his insurance payment late.  He wanted me to send the money to this man from Mexico because he did not want the accident reported.  Of  course, I decided this was not my relation, and hung up.
