Got a call from this number.  Did not answer, but did try to call it back using *67.  It said that the number could not be completed as dialed, please check then number again, and then immediately went into Spanish of what I would assume was the same message, except that that message was much, much longer than the English one was, so not quite sure.  So then I attempted to call without the *67 (I know, that was taking a chance), but I got the same, identical message again.  So either it was a number to just collect return calls to see if number they were dialing are actually active, or it's a spoof number.  Either way, don't answer when this number calls.  I've relegated it to my silent mode ringer so I won't be bothered with it again.
