Who called from 3310300320

This is the second call I receive with this area code, but the first time I receive it with this number.
The caller was a male, he knew my father's name as well as my last name. He tried getting more information from me by saying, "I'm your cousin, don't you remember me."

I obviously knew he was a scammer so I told him to never call my house again and that's when he hanged up.
