They first called my Dad about two weeks and just pretended to be a cousin. Thinking back my Dad said he must have given them a name and mentioned where he was from. They used that info again when they called to tell him they were on their way to California and wanted to see him. A few hours later they called again and said they were in T.J. and got in an accident. They needed to pay the people they hit or they were going to jail. They also supposedly put a police officer on the phone to try and convince my Dad. Once they asked for money, my father than realized it was a scam.

I got a call from this number just today and they were saying to be they were my nephew. Asking how was i and what not. i would ask who it was and all they kept saying was that they were my nephew. I then just realized that they didnnt want to sayo who they were i just hung up the phone and they never called back.
