Robocalled that wants you to call back to confirm your number.
"Jan" from "911 ALARM ALERT" (a robot) answers and thanks you for "calling back" and then proceeds to try and see if you are interested in receiving a "free" Security or Medical alarm.
It would appear to be trying to get you to say "yes" so this would possibly be one of the "say yes" scam calls
