Who called from 3312109020

Robo call. No message. Phone number is spoofed for it is not in service.

when you get a call from 331-210-9020 right when you say hello they hang up but when i call from different number some guy answer noting but scammers

Robocall.  No message. Obviously collecting live phone numbers.  I had a dream last night that 100 of these [***] were rounded up in a stadium and everyone was given bows and arrows and shot into the field of scammers.  Of, Can we? Please can we?  Build it and they will come?

I'm very tempted.

Received a call on 08/27/2015 at 7:01 PM.  Left no voice mail.  Caller ID shows, "Saint Charle IL
