Don't know who this is but continiously call at all times of the day with different two digits at the end, never leave a message and I am sick and tired of the calls. 331-212-8116 -22-23. Whoever you are quit calling.
Many posters in 800notes claim the National Do Not Call List (DNCL) is not working for them. We constantly attempt to find a way to explain what the DNCL really does, at a level these posters can understand.

Why doesn't the DNCL stop the other calls?
Charities, political calls, and non-sales calls are exempt. "Business relationships" may be exempt. Criminals do not obey the laws, and happily ignore the DNCL.
