I am being harassed each and every day from the same scammers that call and say this is not a solicitation call that they are calling from Visa - Mastercard and have been monitoring my account for the last 6 months. Supposedly this is to lower my interest rate. Yeah sure - - I don't even have a Visa Card!! They use a different phone number every day yet it is the same robo call message. Today my caller ID said Bank Card Relief. These scammers need to be stopped - - reporting to the FTC.
This number called me and left a "Lower interest rate ..." message today. They have the same message and they will use another number to call you if you have blocked the previous one.
