I have gotten two calls from this number.  Both times my caller ID showed a plus (+) sign before the numbers.  I live in L.A. and the phone calls come in around 2-3 in the friggin morning and wake me up!!   When I call the number back without the plus sign,it says "your call cannot be completed as dialed"!!!  So let me get this straight, they can call me but I cant call them back to harrass them!!!  WTF!!!  Ive called my phone company but they cant do anything about it.  This is why cell phones are the devil!!  lolol
