Who called from 3312543012

I am starting to get bogus, scam calls on my cell phone.  We finally turned off all our landline phones as we averaged 5 - 10 calls a day.  I have kept a record and it's in the hundreds.  Now they're messing with my cell.    I refuse to answer any call that is an unknown number to me.  And to add insult to injury -- these criminals might be in Taiwan, but they are using our local area code number.  I am Fed Up!

Shows it is from Illinois. Rang twice and stopped. Called back. Received message about winning some $100 voucher. Just hung up.

Didn't even answer.  Sugar Grove, IL.  Interesting I received a scam call from 718-450-9435 less than a minute before...
