This company uses a computerized system (robots) to call telephone numbers. Then when you answer the call the computer makes a note that someone has answered the call. This is why when people answer these calls there is nobody on the other line. When you answer, this tells the computer that this number is to a real person and sends this information back to the computer. Then, these SCAMMERS starts calling from multiple phone numbers to get you to send them money through moneygram, green dot debit card or any other (non-traceable) financial means to STEAL your MONEY.
The best thing is to NOT accept calls from a number that doesn't have the name of their company or of the person calling in the NAME section of your phone's caller ID.
My Caller ID showed these in the Name section:
- Houston TX
- Fort Pierce FL
- 800 Service
- Name Unavailable
- and some calls even have the number in both the NAME and NUMBER sections.
Don't even answer these calls to show the computer you're a real person. Just report these numbers right away. This number that called me have been also linked to these other numbers (caller ID name).
They are probably using a masking program that allows you to anonymously change the number and caller ID name.
The guy has a foreign accent possibly from India!
Report these numbers and tell the government to get to the bottom of this as I have been receiving multiple calls from all of these numbers back to back just like most of you have.
This company should be put a stop to!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm Not sure how they got this number I just got it myself. They call every few hours. From several different numbers.
331-256-1072; 786-456-7129; and about 8 others I already erased.
They also txt me several times a day. I txt stop the first few times. But y should I pay for the extra texts.
Because the person who had that number before had the same problem and got a new number. Get a call blocker, a call blocking phone, or download a free call blocking app for your cell phone.
That is so crazy you posted these other numbers... I literally have them all in my received calls. I'm so sick of the phone calls and once you block one another one pops up...
