Who called from 3313949162

They have been calling non stop every other day. They claim to be a family member who needs help and money. I do not know them and they won't give me a name or place from where they are calling.

This guy keeps on caling my 94 year old father. When I spoke with him, he turned angry and cussed me out.
He claimed we are related but we are NOT.  How can we block him from calling again?
This Mexican man sounds dangerous and threatening!

This man also called my father claiming he was a nephew wanting help on buying a car.  He is not a relative he sounded suspicious.

Man calls and tells my grandma , '' tia, its me do u remember me'' (but in spanish) . My grandma says noo i dont who is it . He says '' who out of all the people you know lives out of town in houston''. My grandma says well i havr my godson who lives over there but havent seen him in years. He says ''well thats me , am ur godson'' , grandma says ''israel ? '' , he says '' yes tia its me, am going to laredo but am in eagle pass, am buying a truck, i have pictures and i have ur address. I will be on my way in about 3 hrs'' they hung up.

He calls back again and says '' tia, i just had an accident i crashed this man and i need 500 dllrs , can i borrow them  please.'' my grandma says '' i dont have money , plus i havent seen u since a baby , how can i lend you money. '' then he passes the phone to another mexican man and says '' ur relative hit me , and my daughyer is a passenger and has down syndrome, so if i dont get money am gonna call the cops'' . My grandma says ''well call the cops , i cant help u'' . My mom calls me and gives me this number. I googled it and found out that its a scam. Very scary. We made a report. Its two men part of scam. Becareful and dont answer
