Got this calle suppsibly from San Luis Rio Colorado in Mexico, a men identified as a cousin asking for $4,000dlls. He wanted the money sent through moneygram, or western union. PLEASE don't do it. I reported to Oxnard PD and problem solved.
I got a call from a person aroung midnight asking for his "Tia" and stupid me, tells him that it's not his "Tis" but give him my name. He went on to say to guess who it was and I said a name of a relative I thought it was and he said, "YES..it's so and so and I am on my way to visit you!" He asked me for a cell number to get a hold of me easier and STUPID me gave it to him, not knowing it was a scam!!!! He told me he would be arriving in the morning and to wait for my call so I could go pick him up but he never made it because he gave me the same story of the car accident and the baby getting injured because his brakes didn't work and asking me for $2,500 for help and bla bla bla. BEWARE!!!!!! THIS PEOPLE are cons, very wise and clever! Double check with your relatives before falling into their traps!
