Who called from 3315677970

just got a call from that number claiming to be someone named LUIS identified himself as my cousing and knew my dads name and last name however my dad is an only child so yeah...no way he's his nephew when my dad called him out on it he hung up

my mother recieved two phone calls from this number and she called back and the anwer machine said that number has been disconnected.

I recieved a call from this number saying that he was a nephew and that he would see us the following day, then the next day he called back and said he was involved in an car accident and needed 1700.00 dollars to settle with the other driver. I called him back and the number was out of order.

Its the "Relative in Distress" scam.  Snopes has a page about it.  The caller was not your nephew.  He just wants your $1700.

Your nephew was not in a car accident.  You can call him or his parents to confirm it.

HELLO REYES MY WIFE RECIEVED THE SAME CALL SAYING  THE SAME THAT IT WAS A NEPHEW AND MY WIFE LAST NAME IS ALSO REYES BUT WE DIDN'T  TRUST THE GUY SO WE CALL TO MEXICO TO CONFIRM IF THE GUY WAS ON HIS WAY TO LAS VEGAS BUT HIS MOM TOLD US THAT HER SON WAS RIGHT BY HER SIDE THATS WHEN WE FOUND OUT THAT IT WAS SCAM
