Today I recieved a call from this number +33176700199,
I did not answer needless to say.. I don't know anyone
outside California, so I did not pick it up..The odd thing about
this call aside from the number, Was my phone did not ring
with any tone it just lit my phone screen up.

I received a call from +33176700199... they asked for me and then hung up.
