Ok, so this person has been calling me claiming it's my dad's cousin "Martin", lol, all my dad's relatives are dead so I just told him, rather pissed, because I could smell the scam from km, that he had the wrong number and hung up, but he kept calling me and even messaged me via whatsapp saying that he knew I was Romina or Monserrat (who? that's not my name) and that he needed help (I didn't even finished reading the message because his orthography was horrendous) and blocked the number and reported it as spam. But it's been calling from different numbers and he even left a voice message this morning. Fortunately I have an app that can block and reject calls from unknown numbers so I haven't talked to him again but I know he's been calling because my app shows me a notification of a rejected call.

Don't answer, obviously it's a scam!
