I received a call from this number, and the person who called tried to pretend like he was a cousin of mine. When I asked who he was, he wouldn't answer and tried to get me to say names. He then said his name was Carlos. I told him I didn't have a family member named Carlos and then he hung up. I think he was trying to extort me.
