A guy called my mom in Spanish and said he was her nephew. That he was in Puerto Vallarta Mexico arrested for carrying 19k in cash through airport on way back to USA. An "official" from Mexico spoke to her and verified the amount needed. My mother wired around $980 to them. These folks had a Mexican accent when they spoke. This man is spanish with a Dominican accent. He gave me my fathers name and our address. I guess he got it from the white pages Same story only he didn't ask for money . Im sure he is planning to do it next time.
