When I answered, they were reminding me of a medical referral. When I selected one of the options, I was told "please hold" and was never connected. Tried to call back and got "this call could not be completed as dialed".
This is an outgoing dialer for Fort Rucker, AL Army base, it can be from any department/organization/office/building. Not spam, more than likely an appointment reminder/referral at Lyster Health Clinic. You cannot call this number back, it only works outgoing.
