I missed a call from this number. Who are they?

no one on line when I answer.  Held the phone to see if anyone would come on but it just went to a fast busy signal

Got same call but 'dead air' then hang-up. Called back and line is 'no longer in service'. Another board I was reading thinks it was alabama unemployment. I can agree because I recently applied for unemployment as well.
