3: A useless nitpick, but amusing to me: clip art of a hula girl. No mention of Hawai'i.

Screw these guys.  They waste my ink and paper with this crap.  I scanned it, created a 100 page document with large black squares on each page, and then computer faxed it back to them (334-215-7647) with a note that I would do the same with any future faxes.  That was over a month ago and I haven't received another since then.  I guess they don't like wasting ink/toner and paper either!  I suggest everyone do the same with this and any other similar faxes.
