Called my cell phone, which is on Do Not Call list, for what little good that does (only stop legitimate business calls).

I just received a called from this number. It did not leave a voicemail. I called the number back on my work phone and the automatized prompt said it is The United States Prescription Card Department. It asked for your name and address to send you a card. I smell a scam.

I received a call too once I had filed for Disability, the number started showing up for a free prescription card they asked for my name and and address which they can get off switchboard dot com. It said Government and if you made over 65,000 you did not qualify.
