Junk fax with no company name listed trying to sell healthcare plans. It says "2011 National Healthcare Program" at the top, which I know is nonsense because there is no such program in place.
Just called the number, which is located in Auburn, AL. Lady on the other end said the company name was "Insured Benefits". I can find nothing on Google about this place, which doesn't surprise me.
This is ridiculous. Another fax from this number, only the look is totally different, all the prices are different, and there are different services listed. Among them is "ANESTESIA BENEFITS". Gee, is that anything like "ANAESTHESIA"?
Removal number given is 877-527-2361. Removal website is given as number-security.com, the WHOIS information for which is protected (and thereby useless).
