Called twice would not say anything. Called back the next week asked to speak to my husband I told the young lady he was unable to give blood at this time ask She asked me why he couldn't donate I told her that was a personal question and hung up. Received a call again in a couple of days I told her again my husband was unable to give blood SHE ASK what was the reason husband could not come to the phone. The Red Cross does wonderful work, but the person made the Red Cross look really bad. I called my local Red Cross chapter reported the call.

I support the Red Cross but I no longer live in Alabama and they call repeatedly and often hang up on me without ever saying anything. When I do actually speak with someone, I ask to be taken off the list and they are always polite and say that they will do but then they start calling again a few days later. It's a minor nuisance but a nuisance all the same.
