No idea who they are... Called 5 times already today, but never bother to leave a message. If the caller doesn't think it's worth them leaving a message on my phone, then it's logical to assume it's also not worth my bothering to answer the phone when I see that number display on Caller-ID!
Ya Who are they? I just started receiving them today! I did a survey online and I gave my google voice number which only goes to an email account, but they get a voicemail. Hasn't left a message yet, but called twice so far.
