I have a feeling they are using a phone number spoofer to make their call sound legit and have a US prefix - sounds like the Philippines to me. Pretty obvious when they can't speak a lick of English and say their name is Josh Smith. I ask where they are calling from and they say "Office" and I said "Good job. Which STATE are you calling from", then he says, "Chicago!'"
