My husband has been getting this number on his phone constantly. It says you can lower your interest rates and bla bla bla.They call themselves credit services. Today he got it and it asked him to dial 9. He dialed 9 and nothing happened. Then he dialed 9 and the talk button and it spewed a bunch of racist crap. I'm reporting this first thing tomorrow. It's harassment and seems to me like a hate crime.
