Got a call from this number at 4:00 am in the morning no one there

getting calls from this number no one at the other side

This number rang in at 1:50 AM, no response, but I believe someone was on the other end, then hung up.  I get more than a few of these from Alabama, but I never paid too much attention to the number before.  This all seems a bit eerie to me.
