Does anybody else getting calls from this number?

left message about lowering our interest rates.

Called before the sun was up about credit card interest or something. Woke me.

Called my smart phone. I did not answer. I believe it is a telemarketer or scammer given it is from an area code I do not know.

Called the number back and not a working number.
