A Craigslist scammer has this number.  They will ask you to text them on this number, that way the conversation is not kept by Craigslist.  Regardless of how you communicate, they say they are in a different state and need to deal by PayPal which is a big no-no on Craigslist.  http://www.craigslist.org/about/scams
