They have called me twice about an account that ws opened in 1997, included in my chapter 13 b'ruptcy in 1999, and the bankruptcy was discharged in 2003. I have mailed them a complete copy of the "Fair Debt Collections Practices Act." I mean this is an account that was opened almost 16 years ago, and was discharged under the protection of the United States Bankruptcy Court in 2003. My attorney told me to ask them to end communications or relief would be sought the court system!
