Received a phone call from 334-651-0422 on February 12, 2011.  No message was left, but the number belongs to P&B, also known as Phillips and Burns, P&B, LLC, or Phillips and Burns, LLC.  This company appears to be licensed as a debt collection agency 'exemption' in my state as P&B CAPITAL GROUP LLC, 369 WASHINGTON STREET, SUITE 100, BUFFALO, New York 14203.
