First of all I should have asked why can't Clive call?  Are we not important enough to have direct contact with him?

Either way, I politely told her he hasn't received any mail as I open his mail personally.  She said a lot of people have said that. I explained the boss just doesn't go to programs and such and we would be wasting her and our time with this.

She understand and said we can make a mark of that. Not a problem.  That was it. She was really nice to talk to.  Doesn't mean I want to talk to her again tho
