Received a call from this unknown number and did not answer. No message was left.

Creadit card scam offering to reduce your rate. Robo call with no message. Blocked number.

I answered, it is a call about reducing your credit card debt.  I pushed #1 and told the rep that I am on the do not call list.  He hung up and then I received another call from 801-839-7900 and am being bombarded with text messages from numbers that I have blocked.

Block it!
