Received some message from some guy asking if I hung up on him, and then proceeded to say how I was going to be served and for something I have no clue about. Didnt leave a case number or reference number. Only a phone #. Do not return their call.
why do you say scam and criminals?...what is the scam? if you're going to post a comment please give a little more info than a "I got a phone call" comment and no info on what it was about so the rest of us know what you're talking about.
My guess is that you forgot the screen name you posted under 3 days ago.

No one gets a phone call warning them that a courier is going to serve them. Also, the courier would only get paid if they actually served the papers. So why would they want to assist someone in not being served? Well the answer to that is because they are criminals looking to extort money from innocent victims.
