Did not recognize number so did not pick up.

Called my cell.  Says it's from Montgomery, AL.  I am in North Carolina and didn't recognize the number, so I ignored it.  Tried to call the number back from a different phone and got a recording saying I had reached a number that was no longer in service.

Empty line.
