Who called from 3348038794

I just got a call from this phone number.

andThis number called me yesterday but i went to pick the phone up to answer it i missed the called i called it back it rung one time n then it went to a busy signal i tried it two more times ring then to busy signal

I tried to answer the whole but it showed it as a missed call when I answered but as soon as I called back they would appear to hang up

I have been getting calls from this number before I can answer it the phone stops ringing. When I call it back it rings one time then beeps before I am disconnected.
