SCAM ALERT: This company called and left a vmail several days in a row that they were contacting me to give me notice of an action against me.  They used my maiden name.  I have been married for more than 12 years and have very little activity/ background under my maiden name, and it should not be linked to my cell phone number in any way.  I was very suspicious about how they had my current number but not my name and so when I called back I tried to find out who they were and why they were calling.  All the phone rep would say was that they were "NIC".  she would not answer any of my other questions and instead said she would remove my number from the account.  Then hung up.
