Caller ID comes up as a residential private number for a "Bill Whatley" but it may be spoofed, because a woman is calling (unsolicited) trying to sell ad space in a small local phone book for a county we're not even in. My eternal scorn for someone using a personal line to make telemarketing calls. My apologies to Mr. Whatley if he's being number-jacked.
