The form attempts to nail down the offense by asking you if the line remained connected/engaged with the unwanted caller after you attempted to hang up. This is big no-no, and tells the feds a lot.
My NJ church once hired an outside contractor to develop a photo directory. The appointment reminders came from a phone tree setup in North Carolina. We were not able to complete the directory - not enough people participated to make it cost effective - but I have received these phone tree messages ever since. I received a call this morning as well.
I hate the abuse of telephone numbers. I pay the phone bill, it's for MY use. Respect that. Don't call me; let me call you if I am interested.
I got a call from this number. I didn't answer, but the caller left a recorded message from our local Audi dealer, saying it was time for my car to be serviced. When I called back it said that the number is not in service.
I've been getting calls from this number with a recorded message about events at some church. Sometimes three calls a day. I have no idea where this church is or why they are calling me. I had been getting these about 6 months ago. Then they started again last week.
It seems to be calls from a church in the Winston Salem NC area The calls are often and very unwanted! It's always a recorded message and if you try to call back it states that it's a non-working number!
I'm getting calls from this church too. I don't even go to church and if I did I wouldn't go to this one. I'm white.
How do I get these calls to stop?!?!
