This is my first call so far from this number, and the Caller ID reads SOUTHNET. As usual I didn't pick up and, as usual, no message was left on my voice mail. These types of calls have really picked up. Generally, cryptic suspicious calls started 2 1/2 years ago when some foreign man kept calling to offer my daughter (still in school) a mortgage (a ridiculous request so I had the polce out worried he was a loonie tune). The FTC is the agency to report these calls to, but I always include the Do Not Call Registry, as well.
This number has tried to get through as well almost on a daily basis. The typical call time is around 800PM Eastern. We have not answered and there is never a message.
I am not too concerned because I don't have personal information (such as name, etc.) in my voice mail message. Yet it is still annoying.
