Calls everyday 7 days a week and leaves no message.  answered once and he said he was calling about TWC, then tried to get us to connect to ATT.

Call went to voicemail, no message left.

telemarketer........called at night ......left no message........

I just answered a phonecall from this number.  I heard a very polite "Good evening, ma'am" in a foreign accent.  I said, "Hello!  Let me guess -- you are from 'Windows Operating System,' right??  He said, "No, ma'am.  Actually, I have the wrong number."  Maybe he was one of those who say they are calling from 'Windows'; but perhaps since he was called out on it, he chose to say he had the wrong number instead of giving me his sales pitch; and then perhaps went on to the next person to call.
