this number just called my house like 10 minutes ago. it came up BC outreach on my caller ID. I really didn't appreciate this person or whoever it was calling. thank god I can mute the ringer on my home phone so it doesn't wake my husband up especially after he worked 12 hours last night.
336-265-5049....called me at almost 9 P.M. I did not answer......Caller ID showed as "BC Outreach". I researched BC Outreach on line....Nothing of any note showed up. This is, in my opinion, a SCAM.
Fundraising SCAM. They do show up on google if you add Foundation to the name, but their fundraising tactics suck. Calling people at odd hours and hanging up on answering machines is a good way to get everybody pissed off... and no way to raise legitimate funds.I will definitely block their number.
Got a call right after 8 a.m. From robotic voice claiming she "is a real person". Trying to raise money for breast awareness. Asked for "Pat". Told her no "Pat" here, but she continued with the banter, referring often to "Pat". Nonsense.
