Okay, now this number comes up (multiple times daily) as "BC Outreach". (Googling this got me either "British Columbia Outreach to homeless" or "Boston College Music Outreach to inner city schools") Don't believe either of these fine organizations would be calling from this Winston-Salem based number. Latest quirk: as I let the answer phone kick in, I hear "OK, just so you know, this is Andrea..." and it cuts off most the way through her name. :\
I answer and hear lots of conversations in the background and then they cut out and a guy asks for me by name. I confirm my identify and he says he's calling about my furnace. I replied, "I don't have a furnace I have a heat-pump" and he says, "even better". I then told him I was unemployed and didn't have any money and he said no problem they could put me on a payment plan for $10 a month. I said no thanks and hung up. I have no problems with my heat-pump and have not requested service in over a year so I assume whoever the caller is representing is just making sales calls to drum up business. Google doesn't reveal any usable info on the number.
I have received a ridiculous amount of calls from this number!! My caller ID shows Air Duct Cleaning and the phone number. It has been jut a recording about having this service done. About 3 days ago I was fed up with the 4 times a day calls and answered and pressed 2 to opt out for further calls. Just a few mins ago I got another call. This was a female saying they were gonna come do this cleaning. I said I'm gonna stop you there and tell you I am sick of the calls and we opted out! She was rude and hung up on me! I tried callin back to report her rudeness but call will not go through!! I am so sick of this mess!
I keep getting 4 to 5 unwanted calls a day from this number and a person actually called from this number and was rude and hung up on me! Needs to stop!
Just called; my wife answered and no one was on the line. Called back - got a recorded message "nobody is here to take your call". Googled it, and found this. Now blocked on our U-Verse service.
